Each prefab home is covered by a 13-year structural warranty (10-year for shipping container homes), 7-year appliance warranty, and 7-year systems warranty. All warranties are administered through HomeCare Plus and cover manufacturer defects only.

You will receive tracking information once your home ships. Delivery is coordinated by our logistics partners, and a signature is required upon arrival.

No. All orders are final sale and non-cancellable. Because each home is made to order, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or chargebacks for any reason once the order is placed.

Customers are fully responsible for securing all necessary permits, approvals, and compliance with zoning or HOA regulations before purchase. Permit denials do not entitle the buyer to a refund.

By placing an order, you waive your right to initiate chargebacks. Any disputes must be handled through our arbitration process per our Terms of Service. Unauthorized chargebacks will be legally challenged.

Yes. Many customers use third-party financing (such as Enhancify). However, financing does not change our terms—your purchase remains final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable once the order is placed.

In some cases, we may offer to list your unit on our resale marketplace. If it sells, you’ll receive payment minus a 10% resale commission. This is offered at our discretion and is not guaranteed.
