Shipping Timeline

Production Time:

 • Each of our container homes is custom-built to order. The production time for your home is approximately 30 business days from the date of purchase.

 

Shipping Time:

Once your home is built, it will be shipped to you. Shipping times vary based on location but typically range from 35 to 55 days. This includes the time required for both cargo ship transportation and overland delivery.

 

Shipping Costs

Estimated Transportation Cost:

At the time of purchase, we charge a $4,000 estimated transportation cost. This amount is based on average shipping rates and helps streamline the payment process.

 

Final Transportation Cost:

After your tiny home is ready for shipment, we will assess the final transportation cost. If the final cost is higher than the estimated amount, we will send you an invoice for the additional amount. If it is lower, we will refund the difference. This ensures you only pay for the actual shipping costs.

 

International Shipping

Shipping Regions:

We ship internationally, subject to certain exclusions. If your country is not listed in our shipping zones, please contact us for assistance.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

For international orders, any applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes are included in your order total. These are calculated based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

 

Order Tracking and Delivery

Tracking Information:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information so you can monitor your home’s journey to you. Tracking updates are available through your customer account on our website.

 

Delivery and Signature:

Upon delivery, a signature will be required to confirm receipt. This ensures that your home is securely delivered to you.

 

Damage or Loss in Transit

 

Reporting Issues:

While our homes are securely packaged and transported, we understand that issues can arise during shipping. If your home arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with detailed photos and descriptions of the damage.

 

Compensation and Replacements:

We will provide replacement parts free of charge for any damage reported. In some cases, partial credits may be issued if significant repairs are required. Rest assured, your container home is protected by a 3-year warranty.
